In this full-time role, you will play a key part in shaping the HR function and supporting the overall objectives of our organization. Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and performance management
• Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address their HR-related needs
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
• Contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company\'s overall business goals
• Delivering HR-related training and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce
• Providing Mandarin language support and translation services as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Adaptable and flexible, with a solution-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of HR best practices, policies and regulations in Indonesia
