Our client is a Japanese Restaurant company. Currently, they are looking for HR Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Build salary tables and career development frameworks (based on tools from the parent company)
• Implement management flows and role assignments with optimization (such as SOPs)
• Manage and monitor the company’s health and safety committee
• Manage employee regulations, internal rules, and employment contracts
• Handle salary calculations, bonuses, various allowances, benefits, and perform comprehensive payroll data management
• Collaborate with GA Manager
• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from any major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR as Manager/Assistant Manager level
• Conversational level of English
