Job Description

  • Oversee payroll processes in alignment with the companys compensation and benefits strategy (include about wage standards, and salary concepts).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies systems and procedures aligned with company objectives and industry competitiveness.
  • Manage and oversee HR-related databases, including HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and time attendance systems.
  • Knowledgeable about labor laws and other regulations related to employment, also PPH 21.
  • Develop and implement the concept of grading systems and the mechanism for their creation.
  • Manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Compensation benefits, Grading system, Organization development, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and capable of providing data reports.
  • Accustomed to operating, verifying, and monitoring large amounts of data.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
