Job summary

A dynamic lifestyle brand in Bali is seeking an HR & GA professional to manage various activities including recruitment, payroll, and employee administration. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws, managing expatriate matters, and coordinating relationships with internal and external parties. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR or Management and possesses 2–5 years of experience in HR & GA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in HR & GA, adjustable based on position level.
  • Familiar with Indonesian Manpower Law and related regulations.
  • Experienced in payroll, BPJS, and PPh 21 is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR & GA activities including recruitment, payroll, BPJS, and employee administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law and company regulations.
  • Manage expatriate matters including KITAS and related immigration documents.
