Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties of each team member.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises, including liaising with external vendors for repairs or upgrades.
- Implement and monitor workplace safety standards.
- Manage security services and emergency preparedness plans.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of office supplies and equipment.
- Track and manage GA expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Handle contracts and relationships with suppliers for office needs and services.
- Manage all matters related to general affairs in the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Economy, Human Resource Management or Law
- Minimum 2 years' experience as HR & GA
- Strong communication skills and Creative Problem-solving skills.
- Multitasking skills, High Administration, High-level attention to details and Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management tools and processes.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
