• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR & GA management role, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proven track record of setting up and scaling HR functions to support business growth.
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
• Manage the general administration of the new facility, including office management, facilities, health and safety, and procurement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align HR and GA strategies with the overall business objectives.
• Build a high-performing team and foster a positive, engaged and productive work culture.
• Partner with the executive leadership to establish the new site as an employer of choice.
