Job Descriptions
- This position will report directly to the GM and matrix report to Head of HR Indonesia in Jakarta.
- This position will responsible for overseeing Human Resource Management, employee relations, industrial relation, recruitment, performance appraisal, people development, and benefit administration within the company's operations. Additionally, this role will handle general administrative tasks, such as coordinating office maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
