South Jakarta | Min. 10 years as HR Manager

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations (A–Z) – recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
  • Manage general affairs functions, including office administration, facilities, vendors, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Partner with management to provide HR guidance and strategic input for business growth.
  • Coordinate with APAC regional HR teams to implement and align global HR policies locally.
  • Maintain HR processes that balance compliance with a people-focused culture for a workforce of 50+ employees.
  • Lead within a lean, hands‑on team environment, managing both strategy and daily execution.
What We’re Looking For
