A leading logistics and shipping company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an HRGA Executive or Manager to oversee HR and General Affairs for their Korean Shipping Line Division. The successful candidate will handle recruitment, payroll, and compliance with labor laws while ensuring smooth office operations and strong employee relations. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for navigating a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
We are looking for candidates to support our HR & GA Team (HRGA Executive, or HRGA Manager, depending on your experience & background) by being the sole point of contact for all the things related to HR & GA dedicated for our Korean Shipping Line Division, which includes but not limited to :
Support management end-to-end in developing HR structure, policies, and workforce planning.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Perform monthly payroll administration (including BPJS SIPP reporting), and liaise with third-party health insurance providers for employee coverage and maintenance.
Conduct regular performance management & probation reviews, expatriate administration (IMTA, KITAS, etc), and support local staff development & engagement activities.
Maintain employee relations, discipline, and compliance with labor regulations and BPJS requirements.
Handle end-to-end GA operations, including office administration, procurement, asset control, vendor coordination, and other operational needs as assigned by management.
Ensure smooth office operations, facility management, and cost-efficient GA procedures.
Align HR and GA practices across branches with corporate expectations.
Provide actionable HR/GA insights to support management decisions.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all HR and GA processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
HRGA Executive : 3–8 years of experience; HRGA Manager : >10 years of experience, preferably in companies with multi-branch operations.
Hands‑on experience in monthly payroll, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan (SIPP) reporting, and coordination with health insurance providers.
Strong understanding of recruitmaent processes, onboarding, and talent management.
Experience in performance management, probation handling, and disciplinary processes.
Familiar with GA operations: office administration, procurement, vendor management, and asset control.
Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and branches.
High sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment with Korean management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and familiar with HRIS tools (e.g., Talenta, GajiHub, etc.) is a plus.
