About the Role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The position may represent the company by delegation of authority before the people, labor trade unions, and government.

Responsibilities
  • Being the focal point in annual reports, audits of non-quality, mobility including visas, labor agreement, reports to authorities.
  • Interface and collaborate with internal clients (Operations, Commercial, Finance, Sourcing, IT).
  • Ensure harmonious relationship between the company and employees, and between the company and labor related organizations, government officials, and communities.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or law.
  • Good understanding and comprehension of labor law & regulation is a must.
  • At least 4–5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient at using Microsoft Office.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
  • Exceptional analytical skills (convenient working with numbers), highly organized, attention to details, good problem solving and continuous improvement skills, and sport enthusiast.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience as a manager.
