We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administration Officer to join our team. This role will focus on managing travel arrangements for business trips—including tickets and hotel bookings—while also supporting general administrative tasks within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and arrange business travel (flight tickets, hotel reservations, transportation).

Ensure travel bookings align with company policies and budget.

Maintain accurate travel records and expense reports.

Support HR administrative functions such as:

Preparing and organizing HR documents.

Assisting with employee onboarding logistics.

Managing office supplies and vendor coordination.

Handling correspondence and scheduling meetings.

Provide day-to-day support to HR team members and employees.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration or travel coordination.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
