Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies (offline & online)
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support data-driven decision‑making.
Manage all e‑commerce channels, including pricing, promotions, and campaign execution.
Set annual and monthly sales targets and define clear strategies to achieve them.
Oversee sales and promotional budgets to ensure efficiency and strong ROI.
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales & e‑commerce team.
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams for seamless execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, resellers, distributors, and business partners.
Prepare and review sales & e‑commerce performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
