We are seeking a forward-thinking Head of Business Controlling to lead the Performance strategy and management across our evolving retail operations. This is a critical leadership role that goes beyond traditional financial, BI and analytics oversight—it's about shaping the future of how we operate, measure success, and drive sustainable growth at scale.

As a strategic Business Performance partner to senior leadership, you will own the strategic planning, performance analytics, and business transformation agenda for Store Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic management and corporate project management. Main purposes are to deliver insightful information for the company, solid strategy and successful implementation of initiatives.
• Manage company strategic planning to have sustainable double‑digits annual growths.
• Conduct business process improvement.
• Collaborate with all divisions to ensure the implementation will achieve the objective and responsible for strategy initiative progress report.
• Deliver information and insights on environment, market, customer and company condition / trend.
• Conduct analysis for ad hoc needs or special projects (e.g., new distribution centers, online sales, company‑wide performance management improvement).
• Evaluate incoming business proposals from other units based on management request.
• Advisory role to other divisions in planning, problem solving and improvement.
