Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and validate site surveys for EV charging stations, ensuring compliance with safety, fire protection, and technical standards.
  • Manage site handover processes, construction approvals, and overall project progress to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
  • Coordinate with the Construction Management Board and departments to resolve issues and implement upgrades for existing stations.
  • Oversee electricity purchase agreements, substation management contracts, and supporting documentation.
  • Review, negotiate, and renew partner contracts/appendices to ensure continuous operations and maximize company benefits.
  • Act as liaison with partners to address contract-related matters and maintain effective relationships.
  • Collect, manage, and update legal, technical, and project documentation in management systems.
  • Provide regular reports on project status and key issues to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
  • 8–10 years’ experience in electrical engineering, infrastructure, or energy projects, with at least 2 years in construction/electrical supervision (quantity take-off, cost valuation, execution).
  • Strong knowledge of EV charging station projects, including design, layouts, and supporting systems.
  • Basic understanding of business, law, and regulatory requirements related to infrastructure or real estate.
  • Proven leadership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, decisive approach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
  • Domiciled in Makassar/Sulawesi or willing to relocate.
