Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and validate site surveys for EV charging stations, ensuring compliance with safety, fire protection, and technical standards.
- Manage site handover processes, construction approvals, and overall project progress to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
- Coordinate with the Construction Management Board and departments to resolve issues and implement upgrades for existing stations.
- Oversee electricity purchase agreements, substation management contracts, and supporting documentation.
- Review, negotiate, and renew partner contracts/appendices to ensure continuous operations and maximize company benefits.
- Act as liaison with partners to address contract-related matters and maintain effective relationships.
- Collect, manage, and update legal, technical, and project documentation in management systems.
- Provide regular reports on project status and key issues to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- 8–10 years’ experience in electrical engineering, infrastructure, or energy projects, with at least 2 years in construction/electrical supervision (quantity take-off, cost valuation, execution).
- Strong knowledge of EV charging station projects, including design, layouts, and supporting systems.
- Basic understanding of business, law, and regulatory requirements related to infrastructure or real estate.
- Proven leadership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, decisive approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Domiciled in Makassar/Sulawesi or willing to relocate.
