Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in accounting, sales data management, budgeting, or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting processes, and sales revenue recognition.
Proven experience managing sales data, financial databases, and budget tracking systems with high accuracy.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
Oversee the administration, accuracy, and integrity of sales data, including revenue reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Lead the preparation, monitoring, and control of sales budgets, ensuring alignment with business targets and financial plans.
Develop and implement data governance and internal control procedures for sales and budget-related data.
Manage the administration data team responsible for sales reporting, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Management teams to support decision-making, performance reviews, and strategic planning.
