Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily IVF clinic operations in compliance with healthcare regulations and SOPs.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Develop sales projections, business mapping, and business growth plans.
• Supervise marketing and social media performance to support patient acquisition.
• Drive customer experience excellence across the entire patient journey.
• Plan manpower requirements (MPP) and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Report operational and business performance to top management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Clinic Manager, Operational Manager, or equivalent in hospitals or clinics.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial analysis, and business planning.
• Experience in IVF clinics is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
