Job Description:

• Plan, supervise and coordinate with internal teams to launch, test and optimise all forms of marketing activities
• Measure, analyse and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and develop strategies to optimise campaigns based on the reports and analytics on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Engage and build a strong and loyal community
• Extend our network and build partnership with other community groups
• Employ creative and out-of-the-box approaches to marketing strategies
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise campaign performance based on the insights
• Monitor and analyse competitors’ strength, weakness and actions to identify opportunities to best the market
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Report goals, strategies, analytics and outcomes of your campaign to board directors
• Proactively problem‑solve and find ways to deliver impactful results
• Build strategic partnership with relevant companies or subsidiaries to further grow our company
• Engage and connect with all our affiliates
• Build different marketing channels to target customers
