Job summary

A leading esports and entertainment company in Jakarta, Indonesia, is looking for a Head of Marketing. The role involves crafting strategies for various marketing teams, managing budgets, and ensuring brand consistency. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in marketing leadership positions and possess strong analytical and leadership skills. You will oversee marketing campaigns and coordinate efforts to drive brand awareness in an expanding market. Flexibility in scheduling and technical proficiency with web analytics is necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum S1 degree in any major, GPA 2.75.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Prior work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the industry.
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
  • Experience with CRM Software.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Manage departmental budgets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Create campaign concepts based on budget and talent strengths.
  • Set and monitor team goals.
  • Ensure brand message consistency across all channels.
  • Analyze consumer behavior to identify customer personas.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, Evet and Communities and Creative
  • Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Create campaign concepts for all incoming offers for the RRQ roster of talent based on budget and talent strengths
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals
  • Design branding and positioning
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like event, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segment and expand market share
  • Monitor competition
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
