Job Description
  • Manage business licenses (renewal or changes due to any changing in PT BSH Home Appliances). Coordination with HRD BSH Indonesia
  • Obtain certificates or technical recommendation from related Ministry of Republic of Indonesia
  • Monitor material requirement planning by conduct S&OP Meeting
  • Updated material requirement planning to factory and coordination with MRP Controller for confirmation of orders
  • Coordination with CSC-DE for products are proposed to dispatched
  • Monitoring released status of cargo and goods receipt
  • Follow-up QI/Return product, Blocked stock and Critical Stock.
  • Stock Transfer Order (STO)
  • Inspection of return product. Coordination with Customer Service
  • Build better coordination with LSP for continuous improvement for handling, storage, and distribution
  • Coordination with Marketing for products which are mandatory for approbation referring to government regulation, like as; SNI, Label and etc
  • Coordination with Regional Marketing and Approbation Team for updated approbation status and regulation in homologation database
  • Coordination with Certification Body for product certification, factory assessment/surveilance, samples testing, and product registration to Ministry of Trade – Republic of Indonesia
  • KPI Logistic Report, SCM Scorecard, LO Scorecard and etc.
  • Foreign Trade Report
  • Other report
  • Support sales distribution activities both of Retail and Project Business
  • Coordination with Marketing for requirement of samples, demo unit, FOC and events
  • Coordination with Customer Service for delivery/pick-up of warranty exchange product to/from end customer
  • Coordination with Customer Service for follow-up the return product
Qualifications
  • University graduated
  • Logistic/Supply Chain minimum 2 years
  • Warehouse/PPIC experience minimum 2 years
  • Logistic/Supply Chain knowledge/skill
  • Warehouse/PPIC/Import & Export knowledge/skill
  • SAP knowledge/skill
  • Language knowledge e.g. English and local language(s)
