Job Description

• Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and equipped with the necessary skills.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
• Ensure the IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable to meet current and future business needs.
• Manage software development, implementation, and integration projects to support business operations, including upgrade of software and implemented ERP modules
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Head of IT, IT Director, or similar senior-level IT role.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
• Experience in budget management, strategic planning, and vendor management.
