As a Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating constructive employee relations while ensuring rigorous adherence to employment legislation and regulatory frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HR should have:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in related discipline with relevant working experience within Human Resources.
  • A minimum of 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years of senior HR leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding in end‑to‑end HR functions, including HR business‑partnering, talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Working knowledge of Indonesia's labor law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities ideally within a multicultural work environment.
