Job description

• Ensure Company Finances by preparing budget analysis, financial forecasts and timely and accurate reporting
• Carry out budgeting controller for each department
• Conducting usage analysis in each department
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-term planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory actions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners to identify their needs and seek various business solutions
• Design, coordinate and evaluate policy finance administration
• Provide advice to Management on the financial implications of business activities
• Coordinate with each department head regarding the submission and use of the budget in each department
• Able to establish good relations with banks

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting (if a Master's degree will be preferred)
• Minimum 5 years experience as Finance Controller in Property Development Company
• Understand the Property Development finance workflow
• Have experience in setting up a Finance system from the start (SOP, Flow, etc.)
• Strong in doing budget analysis and control
• Have a strong leadership side in developing the team
