Monroe Consulting is supporting a leading healthcare services provider in recruiting an experienced Head of Commercial & Operations based in Bali. This strategic role will drive commercial growth, strengthen partnerships, and oversee operational excellence across clinical and non-clinical services. The successful candidate will lead business expansion initiatives, enhance patient experience, and ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial growth through partnerships with insurers, TPAs, corporates, and referral channels.
  • Expand market reach by targeting new patient segments and corporate programs.
  • Introduce and enhance value-added services such as teleconsultation, homecare, concierge care, and diagnostics.
  • Strengthen digital enablement through CRM, automation, and analytics to elevate patient engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee daily clinical and non-clinical operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless patient flow.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational dashboards to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Manage budgets, cost-control initiatives, and performance metrics to ensure financial sustainability and alignment with organisational goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in healthcare or clinic management and operations, commercial and partnerships
  • Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
