Head Chef

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement an innovative and appealing German menu
  • Lead and coordinate the kitchen team to maintain consistency and excellence in every dish served
  • Manage food inventory, place supply orders, and monitor kitchen budget
  • Ensure full compliance with strict food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on food promotions and special events
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate fresh ideas to enhance the dining experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role, preferably in German / Western / Asian
  • Deep knowledge of traditional German / Western & Asian cooking methods and recipes
  • Strong operational management skills, including procurement, budgeting, and cost control
  • Proven leadership ability to build and motivate a kitchen team
  • Familiarity with current culinary trends and innovations in the F&B industry
  • Relevant food safety certifications
