About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head BAR to join our dynamic team at PT LAROCHELLE INDO LBP for our new brand "PARIS CAFE". In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all bar operations and ensuring exceptional customer service and beverage quality.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and lead a team of bartenders, ensuring they provide outstanding service and craft high-quality cocktails and beverages.
  • Develop and implement innovative bar concepts, menu designs, and presentation styles to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage the bar budget effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Train and mentor the bar team, providing guidance on product knowledge, bartending techniques, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the food and beverage management team to align the bar program with the overall business strategy.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive revenue growth.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Bar or equivalent role in a high-volume, reputable hospitality establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of liquor, wine, and cocktail trends, as well as expertise in bar operations and inventory management.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in creating innovative cocktail menus and implementing effective bar procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Being proficient in English is a plus.
