The Position

As an HCM & GP Onboarding Consultant you will work with our customers to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience and solutions delivery. You will leverage deep knowledge of Remote HCM & GP product as well as strong commitment to customer experience.

Key Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing global HCM and Payroll Solutions in a fast-paced environment for enterprise clients.
  • Experience in successful engagement with internal and external stakeholders of various seniority levels and from different areas of the business.
  • Customer focused with a genuine interest in solving problems and delivering solutions for clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and translate client requirements into product solutions.
  • Excellent project management and technical solutions delivery skills.
  • Fluent English.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of multiple large-scale HCM & GP implementation projects for global clients.
  • Partner with clients to gather and analyze their needs and requirements and develop the implementation project plans.
  • Ensure internal cross-functional deliverables and timelines alignment throughout the implementation.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Provide guidance and training to client teams on HCM & GP functionalities, best practices, and system usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Payroll, Customer Success and other stakeholders, to ensure successful and timely implementation.
What We Offer

Competitive salary range: $101,850 - $114,550 USD.
