This is the role - What you will do:

As a Hardware Project Manager, you will lead and execute projects focused on product hardware development and modifications. You will manage projects from ideation to launch, ensuring smooth collaboration across R&D, production, sourcing, quality, and other functions. The projects include implementing changes or introducing new features to existing products.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing all stages of hardware projects from initiation to completion
• Planning schedules, estimating resources, and hosting Gate reviews
• Tracking progress and reporting status to stakeholders
• Ensuring effective implementation of product changes into production
• Resolving issues and maintaining project documentation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product development, mechanics, electronics, or similar field
• Proven experience in project management and product development/change projects
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
• Experience working together with production and sourcing
• Fluency in Finnish and English
• A systematic, detail‑oriented team player with strong leadership and communication skills
