Qualifications

Responsibility

• Develop engaging, age-appropriate guitar lesson plans for children (4–15 years old).
• Align curriculum with learning goals, developmental milestones, and the organization’s teaching philosophy.
• Ensure the curriculum is implemented consistently across all locations.
• Train teachers to deliver the curriculum effectively.
• Collect feedback from coaches and parents to evaluate curriculum performance.
• Continuously improve the curriculum based on data and feedback.
• Collaborate with the curriculum manager, coaches, and operations team to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with overall goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music/Music Education/Performing Arts (Musik/Pendidikan Musik/Seni Pertunjukan)
• Having at least 5 years of experience teaching guitar in a music school or private setting (experience teaching children aged 4–15 is highly preferred)
• Proven experience in lesson planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Able to adapt to new educational trends
• Familiar with/have Rockschool certification (Grade 8 would be preferred)
