Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Group Marketing Manager to lead the marketing functions for both Samara Lombok and Rinjani Bay Development. This role is responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract clients, and support commercial goals across hospitality, real estate, and experience-driven components of both destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for both Samara Lombok and Rinjani Bay, tailored to each project's positioning and audience.
- Align marketing initiatives with broader commercial, branding, and sustainability objectives.
- Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand narrative, identity, and positioning across all channels for both developments.
- Oversee storytelling, design direction, and messaging in collaboration with creative partners.
- Oversee digital presence including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Work with vendors and internal team to analyze digital performance data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to generate qualified leads for property sales and hospitality bookings.
- Create marketing assets for hospitality marketing by managing Online Travel Agent (OTA), and CRM Campaign.
- Campaign Management
- Plan and execute online/offline campaigns (product launches, events, partnerships).
- Manage campaign budgets and track ROI and KPIs.
- Partnerships & PR
- Build relationships with media, tourism boards, influencers, and strategic partners to promote brand exposure.
- Oversee PR activities and coordinate media coverage for major milestones.
- Lead and mentor marketing team members across both properties.
- Manage external agencies and consultants (digital, creative, media, PR).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and strategy.
- Identify emerging trends in tourism, sustainability, and luxury development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role handling real estate, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
- Proven experience in brand building and digital strategy.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives across different stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
