Job description

Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in DKV / Multimedia with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and other design applications.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Proficiency in video editing and video editing applications is an added value.

Creative, communicative, and innovative.

Knowledge of Visual Design and visual communication theory in marketing, such as POP / POS creation and packaging design.

Willing to work 6 days a week.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs quickly to market.
2. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines.
3. Create designs for POP / POS materials and adapt existing KVs for marketing activities.
4. Supervise the production of designed materials and advise on print colors and quality.
5. Provide creative ideas to improve design, promotional, and marketing materials.
6. Perform other tasks related to company interests as assigned by superiors.
