Job summary

We are looking for a Graphic Design Coordinator to join our team and oversee the creative design process for offset printing projects. This role will be responsible for managing the design team, ensuring all artworks are print-ready, and coordinating with clients and internal departments to deliver high-quality printed materials.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize creative designs and layouts for various printed materials
• Execute design and layout requests in accordance with PPIC and customer requirements.
• Prepare print-ready files with accurate specifications, including bleeds, crop marks, and color settings.
• Review and check artwork files before pre-press to ensure accuracy and minimize errors during production.
• Lead and supervise the design team, assign tasks, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on proofs and printed samples to ensure accuracy in layout, color, and finishing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience as a senior graphic designer, preferably within the offset printing industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
• Solid understanding of pre-press, offset printing standards, and color management.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
