Overview
Lead business operations and execution across all education units (preschool, SMP, SMA, and online courses).
Oversee finance, business development, marketing, and operations functions to build scalable systems and SOPs for multi‑branch management (academic + business).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a central team responsible for performance monitoring, reporting, and support to each branch.
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic growth initiatives, including new school openings and partnerships.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost efficiency across the Yayasan.
- Supervise brand consistency, marketing communication, and student recruitment strategies.
- Act as the main coordinator between the Founder and each school’s leadership team.
- Identify and execute improvement plans to enhance business sustainability and profitability.
Profile Requirements
- Proven experience in education business management, preferably as General Manager, COO, or Head of Operations in a school group, university, or EdTech company.
- Strong understanding of both academic operations and business performance in education.
- Background in managing multi‑unit or multi‑branch organizations.
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and execution discipline.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — able to translate vision into execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
