Job summary

A leading humanitarian organization is seeking a GEDSI Coordinator to support gender equality and disability inclusion within community projects in Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia. The candidate will lead the implementation of strategies focused on Women's Economic Empowerment (WEE) and collaborate with community stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Social Sciences and at least three years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in English. The role requires 30% office work and 70% travel in the Kupang district.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in gender equality or women's economic empowerment projects.
• Experience in working with farming communities in Eastern Indonesia is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English both written and verbal (min TOEFL score 450).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of GEDSI and WEE strategies.
