Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in the Greater Medan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients to understand their insurance and financial needs, offering suitable products, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key activities include preparing and presenting tailored insurance plans, assisting customers with claims processing, and maintaining accurate records of policies and client interactions to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales, insurance processes, and familiarity with insurance brokerage
  • Knowledge and skills in finance to assess client financial needs and offer personalized insurance solutions
  • Strong customer service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships with excellent communication
