Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of HR experience with significant exposure to Singapore HR operations, including 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in English and knowledge of local HR practices are essential. This role will support HR projects and assist in employee training and development.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience overseeing HR functions or teams.

Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.

Perform administrative duties such as document management, record-keeping, and data entry.

Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to address HR-related queries.

Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.

Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Supporting training and development by creating programs and conducting employee sessions, assisting with performance management through reviews and goal setting, and generating HR reports to track key performance indicators.

Provide ad-hoc HR analysis and recommendations on strategic and operational matters to support directors’ decision-making.

Requirement

Only candidates with hands-on Singapore HR experience will be considered.

Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including substantial experience in Singapore HR operations.

At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience overseeing HR functions or teams.

Experienced in HR, payroll processing and employment law in Singapore.

Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, CPF contributions, statutory benefits, and local HR practices.

Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English

Must own a working computer and must have decent Internet speed (speed test of minimum 20mbps) for work purposes.
