A Franchise Manager oversees a network of franchise locations, ensuring brand consistency, driving performance, and supporting franchisees through training, operational guidance, marketing collaboration, and conflict resolution, while also identifying new growth opportunities and monitoring financial metrics to maintain overall brand health and profitability.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure franchisees follow company policies, brand standards, and procedures through regular audits and site visits
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and resources on best practices, product knowledge, and financial management
  • Willing to work intercity
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with franchisees, acting as a liaison between them and the corporate office
  • Analyze financial reports, KPIs, and sales data to identify areas for improvement and boost profitability
  • Assist in identifying new locations, guiding new franchisees through onboarding, and developing strategies for expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on local initiatives and help implement company-wide strategies
  • Manage and resolve operational issues and disputes between franchisees and the compan
