A leading lifestyle company in Jakara Utara seeks a skilled professional to manage daily restaurant operations. This role includes creating staff schedules, training new hires, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and strong managerial skills. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
Manage and running all aspects of the daily operations in the front of house station
Responsible for creating the weekly schedule for the front of house Staff as well as coordinating their training. Actively in charge of the opening or closing of the restaurant
Expected to have the ability to train new team members include Supervisors
Preferably overseas experienced, with minimum 2 year of experience at the same position
Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude
Fully understanding of Restaurants operations, handling complaints, staff development, and customer relation
Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST
Well-groomed is a must & representative lifestyle
Relevant experience in the field applied for and English speaking is a MUST
