Job description

Responsibilities

• Entity Incorporation: Oversee the incorporation process in Indonesia, including securing licenses and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Representation: Act as the company’s local representative to manage the setup process.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities, originate projects, and build partnerships.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with teams in Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines for project execution.
• Team Building: Eventually recruit and manage a team to support operations in Indonesia.
