Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily monitoring of the general ledger interface process from Core Systems into finance Systems and coordinate with regional finance systems support for any failure process.
- Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliation, including additions and deletions of fixed assets.
- Conduct quarterly access reviews for user IDs of finance systems.
- Provide the monthly management expense report.
- Coordinate with regional finance systems support for issues or requests that cannot be resolved locally.
- Collaborate with local IT and regional finance systems support for infrastructure issues related to finance systems.
- Convert and upload yearly budget files into finance systems.
- Guide and assist finance systems users with issues and functions within the systems.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments or projects as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree, preferably S1 in Accounting, Computerized Accounting, or IT with strong accounting knowledge.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience at staff or supervisor level.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including technical finance and IT teams.
- Proficiency in Windows applications such as MS Excel VBA and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with multiple parties to gain consensus.
