A financial services organization is seeking Finance Staff for entry and advanced roles in Batam. Ideal candidates will possess educational qualifications in Finance or Accounting and experience in financial administration. Responsibilities include managing daily financial tasks, overseeing transactions, and preparing reports. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and ERP software are essential. The role welcomes fresh graduates as well as seasoned professionals from corporate finance backgrounds who are ready to contribute effectively.
Minimum D3/S1 degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
0 - 2 years of working experience in finance (fresh graduates are welcome).
Basic understanding of corporate financial administration.
Able to handle payment processing, petty cash, and operational financial reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
Familiar with financial documents such as invoices, receipts, POs, and supporting documents.
Experience using finance or ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, etc.) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to be based in Batam.
Key Responsibilities:Handle daily financial administration and transaction recording.
Process and verify cash inflows and outflows.
Support vendor payments and employee reimbursement.
Manage petty cash and perform reconciliation.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
Maintain accounting and finance documentation in audit-compliant filing.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably in Property, construction, or medium–large scale industries.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and corporate cash flow management.
Skilled in payment control, AR/AP management, and financial reporting.
Experienced in preparing financial reports and analysis for management.
Good understanding of PSAK, taxation, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
Strong leadership, Internal control mindset and ability to detect financial irregularities.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to perform under pressure.
Based in or willing to be placed in Batam.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee finance operations and administrative processes.
Prepare periodic cash flow reports, budget plans, and financial analysis.
Manage vendor payment processes, AR/AP, and financial audits.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, accounting standards, and taxation regulations.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external auditors.
Provide insights and recommendations to management to support financial decisions.
Coach and supervise the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
