Job description

Correspond with clients regarding payment inquiries through email.

Investigate and resolve payout-related issues in collaboration with other teams involved.

Review and validate supporting documents for payment complaints.

Review damage claims submitted by clients and handle related correspondence.

Submit claim issues to third-party insurance providers for property damage coverage.

Monitor open cases and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.

Escalate complex issues to the PIC or Manager when necessary.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for tracking resolutions.

Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective case closure.

Job Requirements
  • Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics/Accounting/Finance.
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English, as it will be used daily.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Google Apps for Work, especially Google Docs and Google Sheets.
  • Willing to learn to use new software or tools (e.g., CRM).
  • Accounting experience is a must.
  • Auditing experience is a must.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, banking, or insurance is a plus.
  • Willing to work on weekend shifts (5 days of work with 2 days off) and holidays when needed.
  • Good communication skills, strong analytical thinking, team-oriented, trustworthy, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Critical thinking is essential.
