This role requires a strong background in financial management, accounting, and taxation within the healthcare industry. The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and efficient cash flow management, while supporting the hospital's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all financial and accounting functions of the hospital.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, statements, and analysis.
• Oversee billing, cashier, and overall financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and reporting standards.
• Coordinate and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions when necessary.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain financial integrity.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to hospital leadership to support decision-making.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Finance & Accounting Manager, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Certified in Brevet A & B (mandatory); CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and systematic in work approach.
• Strong analytical thinking, results-driven, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with operational finance, particularly cashier and billing services in a hospital setting.
