Job description

• Handle day-to-day finance-related tasks, including tax filings, accounting, and financial report preparation.
• Coordinate with customs, tax authorities, and tax advisors to manage and report tax-related matters during company operations.
• Manage accounting entries, external payments, and daily reimbursements.
• Responsible for financial and operational analysis and overall financial management (potential for development into a Finance Manager role).
• Liaise with the China headquarters finance team and assist in implementing local finance-related matters in Indonesia.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a bachelor's degree or above.
• Over 4 years of tax and finance experience in the Indonesian manufacturing industry (experience in garment or bag/luggage sectors is a plus).
• Solid foundation in accounting and tax principles, with hands-on experience managing full sets of accounts for bonded zone companies in Indonesia.
• The company is currently in the early stage of factory setup, so the candidate should have independent ideas on financial process design, system setup, and policy standardization.
