Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Analyst to join ourfinance team. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in financial analysisand accounting, preferably within the manufacturing, engineering, smelting, or miningsectors.

This role requires strong technical expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, andcost analysis, along with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Multilingualcommunication skills, especially in English and Chinese, are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review accurate financial statements in accordance with accountingstandards.
• Conduct financial and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Utilize ERP systems for financial data management and reporting.

Qualifications
