Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Fiscal Administration, or related fields.
- Master’s degree (S2) is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and taxation, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in dealing with tax audits, reconciliations, and communication with tax authorities.
- Experience in coordinating financial audits (internal and external).
Job Description
- Lead and oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and relevant tax regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting and tax strategies to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with company objectives.
- Supervise the preparation of data, documentation, and reports for audit and tax purposes.
- Act as the primary liaison with Tax Authority Officers and Independent Auditors during audits, reconciliations, and other official engagements.
- Review and respond to tax correspondences such as SP2DK and other official letters, ensuring accurate analysis and timely resolution.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations on tax compliance, planning, and risk management to support business decisions.
- Monitor and interpret updates in accounting and tax regulations, assessing their impact and ensuring proactive company responses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless financial and tax operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and tax team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (UU HPP, PMK, PER, SE terbaru) including Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan), VAT (PPN), Withholding Taxes (PPh 21, 23, 26), and PPh 4(2).
- Up-to-date understanding of PSAK.
- Proficient in Coretax (DJP Online) system for tax compliance, e‑Faktur, e‑Bupot, and SPT submissions.
- Capable of preparing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, cash flow management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
