As the Finance, Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making. This position requires a seasoned professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead improvements in financial systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Solid knowledge of tax regulations.
- Certified in Brevet A & B.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrates teamwork, integrity, innovation, and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage car rental accounting, including asset booking, depreciation, and payment processing.
- Review and verify other accounts payable such as fixed assets, insurance, vehicle registration (STNK), and administrative expenses.
- Prepare and review payment documents, ensuring accurate recording in accounts payable and bank journals.
- Oversee fixed asset management and depreciation journal entries.
- Review and update prepaid insurance records (for car rentals and other types).
- Review and update prepaid vehicle registration (STNK).
- Review and update general prepaid expenses.
- Prepare and verify balance sheet breakdowns.
- Monitor and control tax-related matters.
- Participate in improving the accounting system.
