Embun Natural is a Bali-based manufacturer of natural body care products. The company focuses on providing affordable all-natural body care products to promote green beauty in Indonesia and globally. Embun Natural's products are handmade in Bali using Virgin Coconut Oil as a base ingredient and are free from harmful chemicals and animal cruelty.

Position: Finance and Accounting Staff

Responsibilities
  • General Ledger Management: Manage daily entries for the general ledger and accounting journals, recording disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, and accounts payable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly reports like profit and loss statements and balance sheets, offering timely insights to guide management decisions.
  • Cash Flow & Expense Monitoring: Track weekly cash flow, control expenditures, and manage spending to support the company’s financial health.
  • Product Costing & Efficiency Tracking: Maintain detailed records of product costs and operational expenses, maximizing profitability and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Production & Cost Records: Keep precise records of production in terms of quantity and cost, providing clarity on inventory and expenses.
  • Sales & Quotation Management: Handle sales orders and invoicing, provide accurate quotations, and ensure timely billing to streamline revenue generation.
  • Tax Compliance & Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax filings, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Year-End & Audit Preparation: Support the preparation of year-end financial statements and statutory accounts, readying documentation for audits.
  • Data Analysis & Insight: Conduct research, analyze financial data, and present findings that contribute to strategic planning and company growth.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in finance or accounting, with skills in ledger management, financial reporting, and cost analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software; experience with Google Drive is a plus.
  • Problem Solving & Communication: Strong communicator, quick learner, and capable of troubleshooting issues independently.
  • Location Availability: Willingness to work at our Pecatu, Badung office.
