Job summary

A trading company in Indonesia is seeking a qualified finance and accounting professional to prepare daily transactions, manage accounting records, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and possess 2–3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in accounting software are required. A competitive salary and commission package will be offered to successful candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and handle daily financial transactions.
  • Create accounting journals and record them accurately in the accounting system.
  • Perform day‑to‑day financial and accounting operations; collect, analyze, and summarize financial information.
  • Coordinate with related parties to ensure work results meet established targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a trading company.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting processes.
  • Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections is an advantage.
  • Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and tax applications.
  • Tax Brevet A/B certification is a plus.
  • Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills to resolve payment issues and disputes.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with employees and management.
  • Honest, communicative, organized, with good interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
