Job Brief We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Senior Manager to lead financial operations for a prominent company in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, and tax planning, ensuring accuracy and delivering strategic insights to support growth and maintain financial stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure all financial reporting complies with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the company's annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis, providing recommendations to management for corrective actions as needed.
  • Perform financial analysis to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize overall financial performance.
Compliance and Auditing
  • Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, and manage any findings or recommendations resulting from the audits.
Cash Flow Management
  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for smooth operations.
  • Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and improve working capital management.
Tax Planning and Compliance
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
  • Develop tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize financial efficiency.
Requirements
