Overview

Finance & Accounting Manager to be placed in our Mexico sales & distribution center. For our clients: a well-established company from Singapore dedicated to manufacturing and distribution of automotive and industrial products, with operations in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Responsible for daily financial management, including cost control, budget preparation, fund management, and tax planning
  • Supervise daily operation of accounting team
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management and operational teams
  • Liaise with external auditors for statutory audits
  • Conduct internal audits
  • Coaching on each of team members to develop their capabilities and skills

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Willing to be placed overseas (Mexico)
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Bachelor\'s degree or above in finance, accounting, or related majors
  • At least 5 years working experience handling full set of accounts in a FMCG/ wholesale / retail and distribution environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must and good working knowledge in ERP systems
  • Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with good initiative
  • Pro-active and meticulous individual with good working attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Preferably has experience working abroad
